                               Pre-preg DHD  

Properties and Application:

Prepreg DHD is a kind of H-class three Flexible Laminates, made of two layers of Polyester Non-woven Fleece outside

and one layer of Polyimide Film inside and impregnated with B-stage resin in H Class (180c) through the process of baking,

with reliable electrical properties, excellent thermal resistance and mechanical strength. The curing technology is very simple

and convenient, and the product shows good bonding strength after heat curing. It is applied as ground insulation and liner

insulation for copper foil (aluminum foil) wrapped Low voltage coils in dry-type transformers.

Product supply:

1. Packing: rolls placed in carton, 20-60kgs per roll.

2. Max width: 1000mm, and can be slitted according to your requirement; slitting tolerance: 1.0mm;

3. MOQ: 300kg per size in a lot;

4.Shelf-life: 6 months at 25c from the date of delivery. Over the period, it can be still be used if the re-testing is in agree

with the technical requirements. The rolls should stand up, far from heat sources, fire and sunshine.

5. Our suggestion on curing: 5 hours at 130, or 4 hours at 140, or 3 hours at 150.

 but, in order to ensure you to select our products properly, please refer to above

 specification and test the samples based on your using purpose or feel free to

 contact our engineers for further and better understanding.
