Properties and Application:

Prepreg DMD is made by the process of pre-curing the modified F-class DMD with Impregnation of Hi-temp resistant

B-stage Epoxy resin by baking, with long shelf life at room temp, low pre-curing temp & time, excellent electrical insulation,

bonding and heat-resistant properties. Its thermal Glass is F, widely used for liner insulation of copper foil (aluminum foil)-

wrappedLow voltage coils in dry-type transformer and slot insulation & phase insulation in B~F class Motor & electrical

appliances.

Appearance

Neat and smooth surface, No obvious non-uniform resin, No inclusions against quality, No surface damage at unreeling. No bubbles, folding damage etc.

 Product Supply:

1. Max Width: 1500mm, slitting width is available upon request, width tolerance:¡À1.0mm

2. Packing: 20~60 Kgs/Roll, in Carton and Pallet

3. MOQ: 1,000 Kg in a lot, and 500 Kg each size..

4. Shelf life: 6 months at 25c from the date of delivery. Over the period, it can be still be used if the re-testing is in

agree with the technical requirements. The rolls should stand up, far from heat sources, fire and sunshine
