DC115 Inner-Coated Powder for Industrial Pipe
Properties and Applications
DC115 is a kind of Epoxy-Phenolic powder coating materials application for chemical pipe especially for the
anticorrosion and wear-resisting oil pipe and drill pipe. Connected with PC8007 resin the DC115 coating layer will
be more useful. It have great anticorrosion character in the high concentration CO2 and H2S medium, Also great
resistance in acid include HCL, H2SO4 £¬HNO3. This coating layer can increase the life of the drill pipe. As the
smooth surface of the pipe can reduce the resistance on freighting the oil, Chemical materials, and other corrosion
liquid. The needed transfer power can be less than normal about 15~30%. As the main component are epoxy and
phenolic the suitable max temperature can reach 120¡æ which main be suitable for most high temperature request field.
