DC204 Inner-Coated Powder for Industrial Pipe
Properties and Applications
DC204 is a kind of Epoxy-Phenolic powder coating materials application for chemical pipe especially for the anticorrosion
and wear-resisting oil pipe and drill pipe. Connected with PC8007 resin the DC204 coating layer will be more useful in the
high concentration CO2 and H2S medium, Also great resistance in chemical pipe. This coating layer can increase the life
3~4 times of the drill pipe than untreated pipe. As the smooth surface of the pipe can reduce the resistance on freighting
the oil, Chemical materials, and other corrosion liquid. The needed transfer power can be less than normal about 15~30%.
As the main component are modify epoxy the suitable max temperature can reach 204¡æ which main be suitable for more
higher temperature request field than DC115 and DC150.
